At Cliphair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all hair extensions provided the hygienic seal remains intact. If the shade isn't a perfect match, our team is here to help you find the right color or process a full refund.

Return Process

  Check the Hygiene Seal

  Ensure that the gold security seal and packaging have not been broken or tampered with, as hair extensions are a coordinate hygiene product.

  Complete the Returns Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original package, specifying whether you would like an exchange for a different shade or a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your extensions in their original box and use a tracked shipping service to send them back to our warehouse to ensure safe delivery.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your exchange or issue a refund within 5 to 7 business days.
